The Amari Practice

The work gets deeper after the first shift.

In the Assessment, you move with Garrett through a precise setup and experience the work directly. The Practice gives that experience time to develop.

A first shift is a beginning

Feeling different is not the finish line.

You may come in because your shoulder hurts when you play tennis, your calves keep you from running, or you are tired of planning around a body part.

One session can make a difference. The Practice gives Garrett and you enough time to see if the change holds. If it doesn’t, there is time to keep working.

One practice, deeper over time

The work has chapters.

The Assessment comes first. If the work feels useful, a Practice gives it enough continuity to develop across more than one appointment rather than treating every visit as a reset.

A focused beginning for the pain, restriction, or question that brought you in. Enough continuity to work with more than one good day.

More room to continue after the first chapter, follow the work beyond the initial issue, and build on what has already begun rather than simply adding appointments.
