One method. Many patterns.
The pain shows up in different places, but the principle is the same: something is overworking because something else stopped doing its job. Dr. Garrett finds where your body is out of balance and teaches you how to correct it yourself. Choose what's troubling you.
Lower back pain
The most common pattern — and the most over-treated. Usually a compression and support problem from years of sitting, not a disc you have to live with.
→ NeckNeck pain
The head drifts forward and the neck carries a load it was never built for. Relieve that load and most chronic neck pain and tension resolves.
→ ShoulderShoulder pain
Impingement, rotator cuff issues, and frozen shoulder are almost always a shoulder-blade and upper-back problem — not the joint itself.
→ HipHip pain
Hip pain and tightness usually trace back to how the pelvis sits and how the surrounding muscles share the load. Rebalance them and the joint frees up.
→ KneeKnee pain
The knee is where problems above and below it show up. Correct the hip and ankle mechanics and the abnormal load comes off the knee.
→ SciaticaSciatica
Shooting leg pain is a compressed sciatic nerve — disc, piriformis, or general compression. Find where, then decompress the pathway at the source.
→ JawTMJ & jaw pain
Clenching, clicking, and jaw pain are usually driven by forward head posture and neck tension — not a damaged joint. Fix the posture, unload the jaw.
→ FootPlantar fasciitis
Heel and arch pain that's worst on the first steps of the day. The foot is paying for what the hip and ankle above it stopped doing.
→ Whole bodyChronic pain
Pain that has moved around, lingered for years, or never had a clear cause. The Amari Method looks at how force moves through the whole body.
