Welcome to Amari Method

These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules for using the Amari Method website, booking an Assessment, and enrolling in an Amari Practice. By using the site, booking, or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

What Amari Provides

Amari Method provides guided movement education and personalized at-home protocols. It is not medical care, medical advice, or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified medical professional. You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you and for participating at a pace that feels safe for your body.

Assessments, Booking, and Rescheduling

The Assessment Fee

The Amari Assessment fee is due when you book. The fee is non-refundable, including if you cancel late or do not attend. If you cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a courtesy reschedule at our discretion, but a courtesy reschedule is not guaranteed.

Booking Details

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. We may cancel or reschedule an appointment when reasonably necessary, including because of availability, safety, or operational circumstances. If we cancel an Assessment and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, we will refund the Assessment fee.

Amari Practice Enrollment and Payment

Your Enrollment Commitment

If you choose to enroll in an Amari Practice, the price and any payment terms presented to you at enrollment form part of your agreement with Amari. Enrollment is a commitment to pay the agreed price. Fees already paid for an Amari Practice are non-refundable except where required by law or where Amari confirms a different arrangement with you in writing.

Payment Options

Amari does not offer its own installment plans. If you choose an available third-party financing option, such as Affirm, your financing agreement and repayment obligations are with that provider and are also subject to its terms. Choosing financing does not change the agreed enrollment price.

Assessment Credit

If an Assessment fee is stated to be creditable toward an Amari Practice at the time of enrollment, that credit will be applied as described at enrollment. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Questions About a Charge

If you do not recognize a charge or believe there has been a billing error, please contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will review the information with you and work to resolve legitimate billing questions promptly.

SMS Program Terms

Program Description

Amari Method provides automated text message services to keep you informed about your appointments, brief updates and limited promotions.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Amari Method or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Modify or copy our materials
• Use any material for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

User Generated Content

By submitting any content through our services, you:

• Represent that you have the right to submit such content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content
• Acknowledge that we are not responsible for any content submitted by users

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
• Accuracy or completeness of the content

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months
• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other technologically harmful material

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of San Francisco, California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
