Client Information
Welcome to your journey of balance with the Amari Method - a proven path to pain-free living.
What to Expect
Your first session (60 minutes): Dr. Garrett starts by watching how you move to find where your body is compensating — the core idea is that you're in pain because something is working too much and something isn't working enough. He'll then teach you specific exercises using simple props like yoga blocks, foam rollers, and gymnastic rings, physically guiding you through each one so you can feel what correct form is like in your body. Most clients feel relief before they leave.
Follow-up sessions (50 minutes): Dr. Garrett refines the exercises you've already learned, adjusting your technique as your body changes, and introduces new exercises from the 8-step protocol. The goal is to build a complete practice you can do on your own.
At home: The exercises are simple and they feel good — daily practice takes about 15–20 minutes. Unlike PT routines that feel like homework, you'll actually want to do these. All equipment is provided during sessions, but you'll want your own set for home use (view recommended tools).
